A delegation from Russia’s State Duma arrived in Algiers on Monday for an official visit running from 19 to 23 January, the People’s National Assembly said in a press release. The Russian delegation, led by Dmitry Sablin, coordinator of the parliamentary group for relations with Middle Eastern and North African parliaments, was welcomed at Houari Boumediene International Airport by members of the Algeria-Russia Parliamentary Friendship Group, led by its chairman Abdelsalam Bachagha, added the source.
