She noted that a person’s head begins to get sick, a pulse may become more frequent, there is a causeless fear, a tremor of limbs, a metallic flavor appears in his mouth, the mucous membranes of the mouth and pharynx blushes, nausea and vomiting begin, sometimes the temperature rises to 38-39 s, and the gums bleeded. , diarrhea can begin, sometimes with an admixture of blood.
“When administering inside, metal mercury is absorbed weakly. But mercury salts overcome the barrier of the gastrointestinal tract quite well and can cause severe poisoning. The deadly dose of mercury chloride (Sulem) when administering orally is 0.2 – 0.3 g, ”the doctor said.
