Zhanna Sadovskaya, a nutritionist from Surgut, spoke about the dangers of chocolate with additives.

“Any milk chocolate is high-calorie, it contains more sugar than any other chocolate,” she said in an interview with URA.RU.

According to her, if there is something else in chocolate, for example pistachio paste, then these carbohydrates, entering the body, quickly increase the level of glucose, and then insulin.

As Sadovskaya noted, it is better not to overuse such desserts, and people with carbohydrate metabolism disorders should not eat such chocolate at all.

“Frequent consumption of such sweets can lead not only to excess weight gain, but also to health problems,” she concluded.
