Nutritionist Denisenko spoke about products that help you adapt to autumn
Sanitary doctor and nutritionist Lyudmila Denisenko spoke about products that help adapt to autumn.
“At this time, the body tries to rebuild itself. It adapts to cold weather in its own way: blood vessels contract or expand depending on the weather and pressure outside. Some people simply don’t notice this, but for others, such weather and poor health are a real disaster,” the website kp.ru quotes the expert.
As Denisenko noted, it is important not to overeat, especially fatty and fried foods. It is better to eat in small portions, four to five times a day.
According to the expert, it is advisable to choose foods rich in vitamins A, C and P. These are berries, carrots, eggs, citrus fruits, buckwheat.
In addition, it is not recommended to overuse coffee.
In turn, nutritionist Elena Solomatina, in a conversation with the radio station “Moscow Speaks,” advised not to drink coffee on an empty stomach.
“It damages the mucous membrane. The fact is that this is a fairly acidic drink, and in people who are especially prone to diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, coffee can provoke an exacerbation,” she explained.
Previously, nutritionist Natalya Kruglova gave recommendations on how to choose healthy bread.
