Cardiologist Marshintseva: Five cups of pure coffee a day will not harm a healthy person
Healthy people can drink up to five cups of coffee a day, but without additives: cream, sugar or milk. Cardiologist Yulia Marshintseva told RIA Novosti about this.
“It has already been proven that healthy people can drink up to five cups of coffee, pure coffee, without sugar, milk or cream, per day,” the cardiologist noted.
Moreover, for a healthy person, drinking coffee can be useful. The drink helps to lower blood cholesterol levels, reduces the risk of diabetes, as well as some types of cancer.
The optimal daily dose of caffeine is individual. It is important that coffee does not lead to poor health, the doctor emphasized.
Before this, Russians were told that some counterfeit honey contains dangerous substances that manufacturers add to improve the appearance of the product. Other methods of counterfeiting are more common, such as diluting honey with sugar syrup. In this case, a person will not receive the beneficial substances from honey that he expected.
