Specifications and high-quality renderings of the future budget smartphone Samsung Galaxy A36 5G have appeared online, which were published by the Giznext portal together with authoritative insider Steve Hemmerstoffer, better known as OnLeaks.
The Samsung Galaxy A36 will feature a 6.64-inch flat screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, a triple camera setup, and a USB-C port. The dimensions of the smartphone will be 162.6×77.9×7.4 mm. Among other things, it is noted that the device will come with a pre-installed Android 15 operating system, but the version of the proprietary One UI shell is not disclosed.
Earlier, the Galaxy A36 with model number SM-A366B appeared in the Geekbench benchmark database, thanks to which it became known that the device will receive 6 GB of RAM and an eight-core processor with an Adreno 610 graphics chip. It is assumed that the gadget will receive a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 or Snapdragon 7s chipset Gen 2.
The release date of the Samsung Galaxy A36 5G will remain unknown. The predecessor was presented in March 2024, which suggests that the new product will be released in the spring of 2025.
