The intention of the American authorities to present a new plan for settling the conflict in the Gaza Strip will not help end the war.
This was stated by Osama Hamdan, a member of the Palestinian Hamas Politburo, TASS reports.
According to him, the US, with its initiatives, is only trying to disguise Israel’s failures and also to drag out time.
“Netanyahu must be obliged to implement the proposals that (were) agreed upon by Hamas in early June,” Hamdan said.
Earlier, US President Joe Biden said that American authorities are close to presenting their new, final plan to resolve the conflict in the Gaza Strip.
