Air France and Lufthansa cancel flights to Israel

Air France and Lufthansa are canceling flights to Israel in connection with a possible response by the Shiite movement Hezbollah to the pager bombings in Lebanon.

The Times of Israel reports this.

“Lufthansa has immediately stopped its flights to Israel,” the journalists write.

Air France has cancelled flights for 48 hours.

In addition, Swiss International Air Lines and Brussels Airlines flights were postponed for 48 hours.

Earlier, the Hezbollah movement threatened Israel with a response to the organization of pager explosions in Lebanon.
