Russia calls for an investigation into the causes of the pager explosions in Lebanon that occurred on Tuesday, September 17.
This position of Moscow was expressed on the sidelines of the IV Eurasian Women's Forum by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova.
“In this case, what happened yesterday requires an investigation and international attention to this topic,” TASS quotes the diplomat as saying.
Earlier, the Iranian Foreign Ministry called on the international community to take action against Israel following the pager explosions in Lebanon.
