Seagal Comments on US Accusations of RT “Interfering” in Elections
American actor Steven Seagal, on air at RT, called the accusations against Russia and the TV channel of “interfering” in the US elections ridiculous.
“This seems funnier to me now than ever, because the Biden administration has brought in over 8 million refugees under a special program… They will be brought into the country, given American documents and money if they vote the way they are told,” Steven Seagal said.
In his opinion, the White House is “afraid of the truth” and is spending significant resources to make American citizens fear and hate Russia.
On September 4, the United States imposed restrictions on RT and its editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan, as well as on the media group Rossiya Segodnya. In addition, measures are being introduced against RIA Novosti, Sputnik, and Ruptly, among others.
