Israeli President Isaac Herzog told Sky News that Tel Aviv had nothing to do with the pager explosions in Lebanon.

“I immediately deny any involvement in any operation,” Herzog said.

On September 17, after pagers were detonated in different parts of Lebanon, 12 people were killed and about 2.8 thousand residents were injured.

The following day, another wave of explosions hit Lebanon, including phones and other devices with lithium-ion batteries, killing another 25 people and injuring 608.
