A dialogue about any reset of global cooperation, advocated by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, is impossible due to the fault of the West, which has trampled on the unshakable values of globalization.
The head of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sergei Lavrov, made a statement about this at the 79th session of the UN General Assembly.
“…What kind of global cooperation can we talk about when the West has trampled all those unshakable values of globalization that we have been told about for so many years from all the rostrums?..” asked the minister.
Earlier, Lavrov pointed out US violations of its obligations under the UN Headquarters Agreement.
