Iran declares five days of mourning for fallen Hezbollah leader
A five-day mourning period has been declared in Iran since September 29 after the death of the leader of the Lebanese Hezbollah movement Hassan Nasrallah.
“A national five-day mourning is being declared throughout the country,” TASS quotes a statement from the government press service.
In addition, Iranian authorities condemned the Israeli strikes that killed Nasrallah and called them a “criminal and brutal attack.”
Earlier, mourning after the death of the Hezbollah leader was declared in Iraq.
