China is confronting forces that are heating up the situation in Asia and provoking confrontation on the continent.
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said this during his speech at the UN General Assembly.
His words are quoted on the official website of the Foreign Ministry.
“The region needs sustainable development; (China) opposes division and conflict,” the minister emphasized.
Earlier, the head of the Chinese Foreign Ministry said that unilateral sanctions persecution will not bring monopoly advantages.
