The IDF said it had killed a member of Hezbollah's intelligence agency in Beirut.
A member of the intelligence department of the military wing of the Lebanese Shiite movement Hezbollah, Hassan Khalil Yassin, was killed during another strike by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on Beirut.
According to the army press service, the strike was carried out in the Dahiya district in the south of the Lebanese capital, where Hezbollah is based.
“The IDF eliminated a high-ranking terrorist from Hezbollah’s intelligence array who was responsible for identifying civilian and military targets,” the report said.
Earlier, the IDF announced a new strike in the Dahiya area of Beirut, where Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah was killed on September 27.
