An Israeli ground operation in Lebanon could last several days and be limited in geographic scope.

“The operation will be limited in duration and scope. Perhaps it will begin tonight and will last several days, not weeks,” the TV channel reports.
According to the US official, Israel has already begun intelligence operations. The channel’s interlocutor noted that the operation will target warehouses and weapons of the Lebanese Hezbollah movement.
Earlier, the head of the Israeli Ministry of Defense, Yoav Galant, announced the imminent start of the next phase of the war against the Lebanese Shiite movement Hezbollah.
In addition, CBS reported that Israel could launch a limited-scale ground operation in Lebanon within a few hours.
