Israel declared the territory on the border with Lebanon a closed military zone
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) declared the area of three settlements on the border with Lebanon a closed military zone.
“After assessing the situation, the areas of Metula, Misgav Ama and Kfar Giladi in northern Israel were declared a closed military zone,” the department’s Telegram channel says.
It is noted that entry into this area is prohibited.
Earlier, the head of the Israeli Ministry of Defense, Yoav Galant, announced the imminent start of the next phase of the war against the Lebanese Shiite movement Hezbollah.
In addition, CBS reported that Israel could launch a limited-scale ground operation in Lebanon within a few hours.
