IRIB: IRGC said it used hypersonic missiles against Israel

The Iranian military said it used hypersonic missiles for the first time during a strike on targets in Israel. The IRIB agency writes about this. Fattah-1 missiles allegedly overcame and destroyed Israeli Arrow 2 and Arrow 3 missile defense systems.

Agency sources said alarm sirens sounded at several Israeli military bases.

On the evening of October 1, Iran launched a missile attack on Israel in response to the killing of the leaders of Hamas and Hezbollah, as well as the deputy head of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. According to reports, about 400 rockets were fired towards Israel.

Tasnim news agency writes that the Israeli Nevatim base has been “destroyed.” Another Iranian agency, Shafaqna, claims that Iran hit at least 20 Israeli new generation F-35 fighter jets with a missile strike.

These reports are not confirmed by Israel.
