The Federal Air Transport Agency recommends that airlines refrain from flying to Israel and Iran

The Federal Air Transport Agency recommends that Russian airlines refrain from flying in the airspace of Israel, Iran and Iraq until further notice.

“In connection with the threat to the safety of flights of civil aircraft in the airspace of Israel, Iran and Iraq, the Federal Air Transport Agency recommended that Russian airlines refrain from flying to/from the airports of these states and in their airspace until further notice,” the Federal Air Transport Agency said in a statement.

On the evening of October 1, Iran launched a missile attack on Israel in response to the killing of the leaders of Hamas and Hezbollah, as well as the deputy head of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. According to reports, about 400 rockets were fired towards Israel.
