The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, commented on the report of the Turkish newspaper Aydınlık that the Ukrainian authorities held negotiations with terrorists.
“The Kiev regime has maintained contacts with terrorist scum for a long time: recruiting them to commit terrorist attacks against Russian citizens, exchanging information and technology, and using the ‘false flag’ tactic,” Zakharova said.
According to her, the Ukrainian authorities themselves have already turned into a new international terrorist group, backed by the United States and Great Britain.
The Turkish newspaper Aydınlık published an article stating that Kyiv held talks with terrorists from Hayat Tahrir al-Sham* in Syria.
Earlier, the Russian Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against three members of a terrorist group who acted under the leadership of Ukraine.
