Greek, Cypriot, and Israeli foreign ministers to meet in Athens
A trilateral meeting between the foreign ministers of Greece, Cyprus and Israel will take place on Thursday in Athens.
According to a statement from the Greek foreign ministry, Greek Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis will host his Cypriot counterpart, Constantinos Kombos, and Israel’s Foreign Minister, Gideon Sa’ar.
The meeting, scheduled for 1.30pm, will focus on strengthening trilateral cooperation and addressing international and regional developments in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East.
At 3.30pm, the three foreign ministers will deliver a joint press statement.
On the sidelines of the meeting, Gerapetritis will hold separate talks with Israel’s foreign minister at 12.45pm and with Kombos at 4.30pm.
